The ATV’s been a stand-out performer in our line for over a decade now. And it’s GiGi’sconstant tinkering that’s kept this board at the cutting edge of board design. For 22/23 he’s been at it again! Two years ago, we introduced a 3D nose when presenting our Verticalshape. Now tried and tested, we’ve implemented and adapted this tech into the tip and tail of the world’s best ALL MTN board, the ATV. GiGi calls it Dog Ears…
Not quite the same amount of scoop as the Vertical’s 3D nose, but just enough flick to not only improve the handling on snow with added lift and more butterability, it also makes the ATV look more interesting as well. We’ve introduced a hybrid camber design with flat sections that add pop and response to this highly trusted cambered board. By utilizing a deep singular sidecut, it stays as reactive and responsive as before. We’ve spotted a trend towards bigger feet on boards, so you’ll notice we’ve also beefed up the width a little too.
A tried and true camber profile that offers a precise feel, predictable turns, solid edge hold, suspension and powerful pop. Traditional camber distributes weight evenly and offers a progressive flex pattern.
Now in its 3rd year for the Vertical and debuting in the 22/23 ATV, 3D lift pulls the tip (and tail) of the board away from the snow. Heavier scoop in the Vertical’s nose for extra float and now more subtly in the ATV’s tip & tail, akin to a dog’s ears, it provides more butterability and extra float.
This is our ultimate truss of carbon, Kevlar and basalt fibers. The effect is lightness because the connecting strength of fiber allows us to slim the core’s thickness. With our strategic placement this gives certain liveliness to the board by adding response to the tips and leaving torsional softness between the feet.
Triax fiberglass is the time-tested classic. It features a three-way weave of premium fibers with strands running at 45-degree angles. It provides superior pop, consistent torsional flex, and more overall response.
Constructed from four different lightweight wood species—paulownia, spruce, beech and poplar—for a premium core that offers a highly tuned and dynamic feel. It’s flyweight, durable, filled with pop and highly reactive.
Our Sintered quality base is fast, durable and requires less waxing. We believe in using the best possible materials in our boards.
We add a slight diamond-structured stone grind to the base to maximize glide and optimize durability. It eliminates the slow, suction cup feel that comes with one-dimensional base finishes.
A predictable and powerful sidecut with a single radius that makes for consistent turns. It’s ideal for intermediate and advanced riders who already know how to carve a turn, like to ride fast, and desire strong edge hold.
We build our edges with 35% more steel content than the average. They are simply stronger and more durable than the alternative.
All Slash boards are factory waxed with OneBallJay wax and ready to shred straight out of the wrapper.
Our Original Identity shape saves material and weight and also stands up without tipping over like rounded boards do!

The ATV is my favourite Board because it performs good in every terrain. I like the camber profile with a good feeling flex (not too stiff) and a slight setback to enhance all mountain performance. It holds an edge pretty well, but it is playful too and fun to do butter tricks with. It provides good support on jumps, but is soft enough to make it fun on rails as well. I like a supportive board for going fast on groomers or charging in the side country, the ATV ticks all the boxes for me.

probably the most naturally reacting board I’ve ever ridden. been riding since the 90’s and I’m super particular about what I’ll ride. I held on to my 2008 uninc longer than anyone could safely recommend but I haven’t found a traditional cambered board that responded as well as that one until I tried the slash ATV.
simply put, it just does what you want it do, when you want it to – no fuss.

Its a Super fast Board.
I take it for Banked Slalom, carving, Park and power. It fits in every Terrain.
Gigi Rüf, the Legend is also slashing the ATV !
