Camrockered playful park stick

The Camrock profile combined with our Sweet Spots carbon fibre stringers allow for a powerful yet forgiving board. This hybrid shape has all the pop you can ask for with camber between the feet and the carbon stringers are positioned to give you that amazing pop of camber while retaining the forgiveness of rockered tips. This twin shaped park board has a medium stiffness but the board is slightly softer with its torsional flex allowing you to lock in rails and twist those pretzels out like butter. The progressive sidecut allows you to flow lines through the park as if you’re surfing.

CAMROCK

CamRock features a loaded camber section between the feet with a small flat section underfoot and rockered tips. The camber section maintains stability between the feet, while the flat areas underfoot let you load up ollies and the rockered tips offer forgiveness. This creates a very playful, easy turning board.

FLEX

INGREDIENTS

  • CARBONBON

    Pure carbon fiber slabs placed in a cross pattern under the inserts between the base and the core to enhance responsiveness, pop, torsional stiffness and amplify foot movement.

  • TRI-AX FIBERGLASS

    Triax fiberglass is the time-tested classic. It features a three-way weave of premium fibers with strands running at 45-degree angles. It provides superior pop, consistent torsional flex, and more overall response.

  • POP WOODCORE

    Arranged with premium strips of poplar for a lightweight and smooth flex with added beech hardwood stringers tip to tail through the inserts for power transfer and durability.

  • BIAX FIBERGLASS

    Biax fiberglass is a two-way weave of fiberglass with strands running every 90-degrees. It’s more forgiving, easier to flex and highly versatile for all terrain types.

  • SINTERED BASE 6000

    This extruded base with same properties of sintered quality is fast, durable and requires less waxing. We believe in using the best possible materials in our boards.

  • BELT FINISH

    The belt finish gets your base optimized before it’s fully waxed.

  • PROGRESSIVE SIDECUT

    Our progressive sidecut design blends many radii and smooth contact points for buttery smooth turn initiation, edge-to-edge transition and edge hold. It’s different for each model and matches the sidecut to the board’s specific camber profile.

  • IMPACT DAMPENING

    A vibration dampening rubber used between the steel edge and the sidewall. Absorbs impacts only to a very small degree, its main purpose is to act as an adhesion layer between the edge and sidewall to prevent the possibility of delamination.

      There’s no such thing as the perfect board, but this is so close it scares me, the pop is amazing, the flex is perfect, and the 2019/20 graphic is one of the best graphics I’ve seen for a good while.
      This board makes almost all others on the market at this price point (and above) seem like trash in comparison to it, the day I have to replace it will be a sad one, but I feel it’ll be a good while yet.

        Despite being funded by a legend, Slash is a small brand still and be sure the Happy Place won’t be replace and will remain in our line for long.

      I have the 2015-2016 edition and it still rocks to this day! The board helped me elevate my ride and the graphics are so cool. The 2015-2016 edition is so good I am not thinking of byuing a new one anytime soon.

      Slash Happy Place is my happy place, complete with Grandma and beers. This board is solid in park, serious pop and stiffness makes this board just rad for all round great times. Yet she can press and butter like a buttery pressy thing. Graphics every year deliver.
